Cooking pizza from scratch is one of my favourite ways to relax. Now that I have got the hang of Isabel’s mix (reviewed here), I can make myself a delicious meal and wind down at the same time. Kneading the dough for a good 5 minutes is both cathartic and makes for a more stretchy and supple base. This time I did a simple topping of tomato paste, red peppers, basil, mozzarella and plum tomatoes. Yum.
