Here’s another restaurant to add to the gluten-free list: Italian chain Rossopomodoro.
I hadn’t heard of these restaurants before but noticed on Facebook that gluten-free brand Dietary Specials (DS) announced a pizza partnership with them. They have developed a new gluten-free pizza dough, which will be available in their restaurants across London and Birmingham.

The picture posted looks pretty tasty! Their pizza has been certified NGCI (No Gluten-Containing Ingredients) and here the chain describes the steps they take to minimise contamination. They do not guarantee zero contamination, but I am glad to see that they are upfront and honest about this (unlike others I could mention!).
The gluten-free pizzas will reportedly be available in the following branches, they do suggest booking at least 24 hours ahead to be sure of getting one.
It will be interesting to see how these pizzas match up to Pizza Express, Prezzo, ASK and so on, I look forward to giving them a try.
