Hello, lovely gluten free fam.
It’s been a while, eh?
Some of you may have noticed that I’ve been posting on Instagram and Twitter from all sorts of places over the last couple of months…London, Kent, Manchester, Brighton, Cornwall, Bath…but not a lot on this blog.
I’ve been taking a bit of a sabbatical from my usual London life. After nearly six years in the Big Smoke I felt the need for a change, so for the past couple of months I have been alternating between working part-time in my hometown of Bath, staying with my boyfriend and friends in London, and travelling around the UK.
I miss being in London 24/7, but I’m also enjoying the break. I am feeling healthier, partly due to less stress, and partly thanks to all the amazing gluten free and low FODMAP meals my Mum has been cooking up (more on those later!).
Do not fret, I will still be posting about gluten free and low FODMAP eats in London, I will just be posting about other places in the UK and abroad too.
Gluten Free in London and beyond.
In other news, I’m pleased to say that I’ve managed to overhaul this blog for the first time in about two years! It’s been a labour of love (I am not a natural web developer) but I am feeling pretty happy with it.
I’d love to know what you think of the new layout. Do you find it easy to get around, ok to read? Write me a comment below and let me know. Hope to be posting more soon.
Wishing you all happy gluten free times,
P.S. Who doesn’t love a bonus bit of Bowie?
P.P.S. Note for those of you who follow my blog via WordPress: I moved my blog from WordPress.com to WordPress.org. This apparently means that those of you who have previously followed Gluten Free in London via WordPress will stop being notified by email when I post.
